IFS Capital (Thailand) Public Company Limited held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 April 2025 at AETAS Lumpini Hotel, Bangkok.
The meeting aimed to present key agenda items to shareholders, including the approval of the Company’s annual financial statements, the allocation of net profits, the dividend payment.
This meeting reflected the Company’s commitment to transparency and good corporate governance and provided shareholders with an opportunity to raise questions and express opinions. The Company emphasized its ongoing strategic focus on financing solutions, including factoring, hire purchase, and other financing services to support Thai SMEs in gaining access to funding.
