Mr. Niwat is currently the President of the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA). He has many years of experience in banking and financial services, and was the CEO of the National Credit Bureau Co.,Ltd. prior to his current appointment in ThaiBMA. Mr. Niwat was appointed to the Board of IFS(T) on 7 August 2009.

Mr. Niwat has a Bachelor of Engineering from the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology (Lad Krabang), Thailand, a MBA majoring in Marketing from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Master of Arts majoring in Economics Law from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
