IFS(T) was incorporated in Thailand on March 21, 1991 in the name of Ayudhya International Factors Co.,Ltd. (“AIF”) with an initial paid up capital of MB 50. It was a joint venture between the Bank of Ayudhya PCL and IFS Capital Limited (“IFS”). On 31 January 2007, the Bank of Ayudhya PCL sold its shares in AIF to IFS Group and AIF was renamed IFS Capital (Thailand) Limited. On 18 April 2007, IFS(T) was converted to become a Public Company Limited. Currently, IFS(T) has a paid up capital of MB 470 and successfully listed on SET since 10 August 2010 with the following shareholding structure:

IFS Group is an established financial services group of Singapore and with businesses such as commercial finance, credit insurance, bonds and guarantees, structured/alternative finance and venture capital.

IFS Capital Limited (“IFS”) is the holding company of the Group. Incorporated in Singapore in 1987, IFS was listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange in July 1993. IFS Group also has operations in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. As at 31 December 2008, it has a total shareholders’ funds of S$ 120.97 million and total assets of S$ 393.44 million.
